Fascia Release Therapy | Chronic Pain Relief | From €65
What Is Myofascial Release?
Myofascial release (MFR) is a specialized manual therapy that targets the fascia — the three-dimensional web of connective tissue that surrounds every muscle, bone, nerve, blood vessel, and organ in your body. When fascia becomes tight, dehydrated, or develops adhesions (from injury, surgery, poor posture, or chronic tension), it creates pain and restricts movement — sometimes far from the original site.
The therapist uses sustained, gentle pressure — holding stretches for 2-5 minutes per area — to allow the fascial tissue to slowly release, rehydrate, and regain its natural elasticity. Unlike massage which works with muscles, MFR works with the fascial network, addressing restrictions that standard massage cannot reach.
- Targets fascia (connective tissue network)
- Sustained gentle holds of 2-5 minutes
- No oils used — works through skin friction
- Addresses pain that standard massage cannot
- Restores tissue elasticity and hydration
